High Springs - Adults and kids alike love the innertube (or boats for those that don't swim well) trips down Ichetucknee Springs. Located just outside of Gainesville. The State Park stretches along the spring fed Ichetucknee River, about fifteen miles north of High Springs which is rated as one of the country's friendliest small towns. Watch your timing as the gates close early when the park reaches capacity.
